Sophia Asghar has been on a quest of improving lives through mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, and well-being since very early in life. She has 15+ years of experience as a wellness coach, nutrition coach, fitness trainer and meditation instructor. She founded Wellness Consolidated in 2013 to impact well-being in the workplace through programming created to develop thriving individuals, teams and business cultures.
