Program Overview

1. Complete a Benchmark Assessment

How do you compare with an Expert Facilitator of Decision Making?

In the world of business, benchmarking compares a company’s practices and processes with industry bests or best practices. The goal is to identify weaknesses and improve upon them. Benchmarking encourages the process of change, laying out solutions clearly with data – your data alongside Benchmark data.

2. Get Your Own Personalized Online Resource Board

Close gaps, modify non-supportive beliefs, learn techniques, and practice facilitation.

Part of Facilitate's multi-dimensional learning program is a series self-study audio/visual recordings, created by Linda to explain and illustrate various topics. Many of the recordings contain projects, assignments which the student completes and brings to the next group workshop.

3. Participate in Academy Sessions

Join other expert facilitators at Pregame's PDX Clubhouse.

Facilitate participants come together for group meetings with Linda Stimac, either in person (conference room of a company) or in a web meeting format if participants are in different geographical locations. During group meetings, advisors review key concepts, discuss projects and role play techniques and conversations that they have learned about in recordings that have been assigned.

3. Take Advantage of Private Coaching

Receive performance mentorship customized to your specific sales goals.
