Body Composition Analysis
Your health is NOT your weight. We use state of the art medical-grade equipment to measure exactly how much water, fat and muscle is in your body, and how your muscle is distributed in your body. You find out your body fat percentage and how close your numbers come to a healthy range for you. We talk about how your eating habits impact these numbers.
Attend ten one-hour nutrition mini-workshops led by an EPIC Wellness Coach where you learn what to eat, how to eat healthier, delicious recipes, shopping strategies, and kitchen tips + tricks for making healthy food work in your life. We overcome obstacles and challenges together, developing new lifestyle mindsets to help our new practices stick for good.
